### Why use the portal?

The Client Portal gives your team centralized access to support and system resources. View and respond to tickets for your organization, check ticket status, submit new requests, and communicate directly with your technician.

Once logged in, clients with an active support plan can also access:

- Software updates and downloads
- System and software manuals
- Additional tools and documentation for your immersive systems

In this presentation, Dan Tell from Tau Immersive explores the new easy-to-use sky tour controls built directly into OpenSpace, making it simpler than ever to create engaging night sky experiences for audiences of all ages.

Developed collaboratively by Tau Immersive and The Elumenati, this show control panel provides an intuitive interface for general night sky presentations within OpenSpace, helping presenters focus less on technical operation and more on storytelling and audience engagement.

The session covers how to use, customize, and adapt these controls for your location, storytelling goals, and presentation style, helping educators, planetarians, and immersive experience creators bring the night sky to life with greater flexibility and ease.
